Saint Lucia is a Caribbean island country located in the eastern Caribbean Sea on the boundary of the Atlantic Ocean. It is one of the Windward Islands, named after Saint Lucy of Syracuse. The island nation consists of two main volcanic mountain ranges and a number of smaller hills. Boasting a membership with the Commonwealth and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), the country is also well-known for its natural beauty, lush rain forests, and white-sand beaches. The island has a rich culture which is evident in its music, food, and festivals.
Launched in 2015, the Saint Lucia Citizenship-by-investment program (CBI) offers foreign investors the possibility of obtaining a Saint Lucian citizenship and passport, in return for a substantial contribution to the country's economy. In this case, interested investors are required to invest a minimum of US$300,000 in real estate or donate to a government-approved business. The Saint Lucia CBI programs include:
Option 1: Saint Lucia National Economic Fund
Under this option, investors are required to make a non-refundable donation of $100,000 to the national economic fund for Saint Lucia.
See the breakdown of the investment amount below:
