Head of Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment condemns the misinformation posted on the YouTube regarding Dominica Residency by Investment Programme. The news is based on prejudices as an instrument of manipulation. The YouTube video described a hypothetical new residence by investment programme to allow applicants invest a minimum of US$50,000 in an existing government-approved company or an investment of US$100,000 in a new startup business locally registered in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
“Dominica does not have a residence by investment programme in place and there are no plans to implement a residence by investment programme in the near future,” said the head of the Unit. “The only means to obtain citizenship of the Commonwealth of Dominica via an investment in the country is through our citizenship by investment programme.” – Reported by WIC News representative
The Commonwealth of Dominica has been operating a citizenship by investment programme since 1993, making it the second Caribbean island-nation to launch one such programme. Dominica offers the cheapest citizenship by investment program in the world with reputable second passports starting at only $100,000 USD.
Dominica is committed to an exemplary standard of comprehensive due diligence procedure on all applicants to protect the integrity of its citizenship investment program. Dominica’s adherence to a rigorous system of due diligence has cemented its reputation as a trailblazer in the investment migration industry.
