Updated Benchmark for Dominica Citizenship by Investment

On 30th November 2016, Mr. Rayburn Blackmoore, the Minister for Citizenship of Dominica made few appreciatable changes in the Commonwealth of Dominica Citizenship by Investment Regulations 2014 which are referred to as “The Principal Regulations”.

From 1st December 2016 and onwards these changes will be applicable in the Regulations.

  • Dependent children age is increased from 25 to 28 years.
  • Dependent parents age is decreased from 65 to 55 years. 

The Government processing fees associated with the Real Estate option has been changed as the following:

  • US $75,000 for a family of up to four persons including the main applicant and 3 dependents.
  • US $100,000 for a family of up to 6 persons including the main applicant and up to 5 dependents.

Also the contribution for the new born reduced from US$10,000/- to US$2,000/- only.

This is an exciting opportunity for the current and new Dominica Passport holders who are looking forward to obtain Dominica Citizenship with dependent children and parents.
